This Extra Brut cuvée reveals a rich golden hue and a complex bouquet of cedarwood, candied mandarin, mirabelle plum jam, dried flowers, and sugared almonds. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous, with fine effervescence, vegetal freshness, and a saline finish that lingers with notes of confit mirabelle and subtle minerality.
