xChablis «Les 8» is generous and supple, its nose expresses aromas of fern and ripe fruits with yellow flesh, supported by a discreet but present minerality that can be found in mouth with notes of mushrooms and limestone. Its moderate attack goes crescendo and leaves place to a beautiful persistence in the mouth, worthy of a Premier Cru.
Louis Moreau Chablis Les 8 has excellent aging potential, typically maturing gracefully over 10 to 15 years. As it ages, the wine's characteristics evolve, developing richer and more complex flavours and the wine gains additional layers of honeyed and nutty notes.
